Join us for a 2.5-hour deeply nourishing session designed to relax your body, clear your mind, and reset your energy.
We begin with a Scandinavian wood-fired sauna, allowing the warmth to soften muscles and melt away tension. You’ll then be guided through cold plunges, either in the sea or the plunge, awakening your senses and boosting circulation.
After this revitalising contrast of heat and cold, we transition into a traditional yoga class, followed by breathing practices and guided meditation to ground the nervous system and integrate the experience.

Step out of the rush and into nature. This gentle yet invigorating guided hike is designed to reconnect you with your body, breath, and surroundings—no rushing, no pressure, just steady movement and presence.
As we walk, we practice mindful hiking: noticing the rhythm of our steps. Midway through the hike, we settle into a peaceful place for a yoga class and a picnic in nature. We close the journey with gentle grounding meditation.

Awareness of our inner life can be fostered by reducing mental chatter through various meditation techniques.
In the tantric meditation tradition, we adopt an observer’s perspective, using various techniques, such as guided meditation or focusing on a sound, image, mantra, candle flame, or breath. By providing the mind with a focal point we can access a deep sense of stillness, tranquility and peace.
Meditation is not only effective for releasing stress but also offers numerous health benefits, including enhanced brain function, a strengthened immune system, increased vitality, and improved sleep quality.
Yoga Nidra Recordings
Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice of conscious relaxation. “Yoga” means union or inner balance, and “Nidra” means sleep—so it literally translates to “Yogic Sleep.” However, it is not ordinary sleep; it is often called “sleepless sleep.”
Practicing Yoga Nidra can significantly improve the quality of your life. It offers deep relaxation and meditation, inducing numerous benefits. This restful practice is particularly helpful for busy lives prone to burnout, exhaustion, and increased stress. It can enhance sleep, rejuvenate the body, improve memory, and even foster creativity.
Yoga Nidra is now used with individuals suffering from PTSD and has been shown to reduce tension and anxiety. Many students report experiencing a blissful state between wakefulness and sleep.
