I offer a diverse range of group classes throughout Pembrokeshire to suit different people.
From gentle Hatha Yoga classes to more active Vinyasa.
I also provide one-to-one tailor-made therapy sessions
and short programs following specific individual requests.
In each session I will bring different aspects of Yoga:
Asanas, posture work, Pranayama breathing exercises,
traditional practice working on the energy body,
relaxation, and sometimes meditation.
They aim to help you to bring harmony,
transformation and mindfulness to your everyday life.
