I discovered yoga at a young age, watching my father practice with quiet dedication. Seeing his steady presence and discipline planted a seed in me. Inspired by my yogi dad — and guided by life’s many twists and turns — I began exploring my own practice.

What started as curiosity gradually became commitment. I devoted myself to a steady and heartfelt practice, feeling more and more drawn to the deeper teachings and timeless wisdom of yoga.I trained for four years with the British Wheel of Yoga to obtain my Yoga teacher diploma and have continued to study through workshops, retreats and intensive courses in the UK and India. My time at Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales has been especially transformative and deepen both my practice and my teaching.

With 15 years of teaching experience, I am honoured to share my practice with you. I hold a British Wheel of Yoga QF Level 4 yoga Diploma and have further deepened my knowledge as a Yoga teacher, therapist and in energy healing by attending many programs and courses in Ashrams. My initiation and knowledge into traditional yogic and tantric practices grounded in the Swami Satyananda Saraswati Yoga Tradition, empowers me to guide others towards finding inner peace and well-being.

I teach with warmth, care and attention, creating a supportive space where you can feel held, listened to and guided.

  • I have also completed professional training in Comprehensive Thai Yoga Massage, earning a Level 3 qualification in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This experience deepened my understanding of the body’s natural rhythms, therapeutic touch, and the art of mindful movement.

    Integrating this training into my teaching allows me to bring a more holistic approach to my classes. It enriches my work with a strong foundation in body awareness and healing energy.

    In my classes, you'll find grounding movement, clear guidance, options and choice, and an invitational approach that encourages curiosity rather than pushing. Sometimes there's challenge, sometimes there's deep rest, often there's both.

    And occasionally, a shared laugh or a surprise twist.

    Whether you're new to yoga, returning after a break, advanced practitioner, managing stress or simply craving space, my classes are here to support you.

    I believe in creating a supportive and nurturing environment for everyone, whether you are just beginning or looking to deepen your practice. I would love to connect with you and share the transformative power of yoga and healing energy.
