What’s Yoga?

Yoga is an old discipline from India that includes practices to harmonise and strengthen the body and mind.
Yoga classes offer many different methods of practicing. It can be an intense and vigorous class, or a gentle, relaxing and meditative approach.  

Alchemy Yoga sessions are either 90 or 60 min long depending on the type of class.

All classes include breathing exercises, physical and traditional practices and relaxation. Other subtle elements (such as philosophy, energy awareness, Mantras, Bandhas, and Meditation) may be included in some classes as the practice progresses.


No matter which class you choose, it will always offer you a pause from your daily life.


You will work toward balance and creating union between your body and mind, develop flexibility, strength and stamina.
It will calm your mind and make you feel more focused and alert, which will help you relax more easily. 
Alchemy Yoga will enable you to return to the stream of your life, functioning with greater clarity and awareness.
You may experience personal transformation and live your life more fully.

Yoga can suit everybody's lifestyle and abilities.
The classes aim to help you to bring harmony, transformation and mindfulness to your everyday life.

Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Classes

Many of us have discovered the sanctuary that Hatha Yoga offers the body and mind. The word hatha itself—’ha’, solar energy, and ‘tha’, lunar energy—implies a union and transcendence of the polarities. Along with improving physical fitness, improve your flexibility and calm the mind.

In class, you will explore modern and traditional Asana practices, pranayama or breathing techniques and Relaxation.

Wintern House Health & Wellness Studio. Tuesday 6-7pm. Winter Glow Vinyasa.

Sun Salutations & Healing practices

A nurturing and energising morning practice.

The asanas are woven together to generate the flow of Prana, allowing the subtle energy to diffuse into the body for purification and rejuvenation. It induces calmness, focus on the mental level, and peace on the emotional level. 

I will include some healing tantric practices, pranayama and Deep and Guided Relaxation

One-2-One/ One-2-Two

These sessions  aim to improve your well-being, fitness and help to clarify the mind. The individual yoga sessions are suitable for everyone. You may come to a personalised session for many different reasons:

Beginners to build confidence and start practice yoga at their own pace of learning.

Anyone with an existing health condition to improve their lives.

Others who want to practice yoga to help them recover from an injury.

Athletes in need of a program to support them in their sport or to develop their performance.

Yoga Shed -Dinas Cross or Online Tuesdays & Thursdays by appointment.

Inspiration Ashtanga Yoga

We will be practicing flowing sequences to stimulate the vital energies in the body, discovering familiar and new asanas. Holding them to provide conditioning and balance to the mind and the body. 

This practice will help you to enhance the experience of inner strength, give clarity, and ripples into correct and stable postural alignment.

I will give guidance and modification to help you find the correct alignment for the physical body and needs.

Create your own Private Group if you wish a bespoke practice for you and your friends to suit you own need.

Perhaps you would like to include some Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa or meditation class as part of your holidays.
