Yoga is a 5000 year old discipline from India that includes different practice to harmonise and strengthen the body and mind.
Yoga classes offer many different methods of practicing. It can be an intense and vigorous class, or a more gentle, relaxing and meditative approach.
Yoga can suit everybody's lifestyle and abilities.
Alchemy Yoga sessions are either 90 or 60 min long depending on the type of class. All classes include breathing exercises, physical and traditional practice and relaxation. Other subtle elements (such as philosophy, energy awareness, Mantras, Bandhas, and Meditation) may be included in some classes as the practice progresses.
No matter which class you choose, it will always offer you a pause from your daily life.
You will work toward balance and creating union between your body and mind, develop flexibility, strength and stamina.
It will calm your mind and make you feel more focused and alert, which will help you relax more easily.
